| Cooking Guidelines | ingredients required: chicken 1 _kg, 8 large portions, washed & drained cooking oil 3 cups/500g, for deep frying shan chicken broast mix 1 packet. steps of cooking: 1. add half cup of water to the chicken potions, cover & boil/steam on low heat for 5-10 minutes. 2. remove from the heat & drain, & sprinkle shan chicken broast mix evenly over the chicken pieces. 3. set aside to cool/refrigerate for 10-15 minutes. 4. heat the oil & fry the chicken pieces on high until crisp & golden, remove & drain the oil. spread on a absorbent paper. serving suggestion: serve with tomato ketchup. |
