| Cooking Guidelines | Remove from packaging and defrost at room temperature for 2-3 hours. Once defrosted store in a refrigerator and use within 24 hours. After thawing immerse product in boiling water and when the water returns to the boil cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Check product is fully cooked before serving. Stir fry in hot oil for approximately 3 minutes until prawns turn pink. |
